The House Face for Home Remodeled | The following is a design of a renovated house from 15th-century warehouse on the island of Guernsey. La Concha building designed by MOOARC. In the opinion of the architect: the house was developed as a fluid, three-dimensional plan, inspired by ‘Nolli Plan of Rome 1748.
Internal volume of the 15th century barn is at the heart of the home. In the kitchen, lower level and the dining room is the position under a more formal living room to the mezzanine level. In the design of living / playing more relaxed set at the front of the house, opening onto the terrace.

For homes have been renovated in the back, sleeping block associated with the living space through the bedroom doorway and block vertical circulation. Then a walk across the width of the site to allow a visual connection to the garden out the back of the dining room. This house was conceived as a separate block of sleep associated with the warehouse through a piece of glass that allows entrance to the mass of the original warehouse breathe. The structure has revealed the warehouse was detained, with internal space for living which is expressed as a unique volume.
